INCLUDES
Prenatal**
1 complementary initial meeting
2 prenatal sessions
Phone and text support upon hire, which becomes on-call support at 37 weeks’ gestation
Birth planning support
Referrals to community services
Postpartum preparation, including infant feeding basics and postpartum mental health
Birth**
Continuous, one-on-one care from early labour until 1-2 hours after birth
Coaching and suggestions for comfort measures, inlcuding movement and massage
Affirmations, breathing,
birth story write-up, picture taking, and videos where possible
Support with first feed, latching, and newborn care
Postpartum**
Phone and text support for the first 6 weeks after birth
1 postpartum meeting to discuss labour experience, postpartum recovery, and infant care
Referrals to community resources
**I also offer tailored, basic pregnancy and postpartum herbal support for the gestating parent, infant, and birth helper(s). Please always communicate with your medical care team when working with any plant medicines.
Postpartum
COST*: day-time support $25-$30/hour; overnight support $30-$35/hour (both sliding scale).

INCLUDES
Initial complementary meeting: an opportunity to discuss your needs and priorities around infant care and recovery during the postpartum period.
Shifts: infant care including soothing, feeding, and diaper changing; parental care including support around physical and emotional recovery; light housekeeping; food preparation; informational support around recovery and infant “normals”; and referrals to community resources.
Shift length: Day time- minimum 3 hours, maximum 6 hours; Night time- minimum 5 hours, maximum 9 hours
Herbal support: I can offer basic postpartum herbal support for the postpartum parent, infant, and other close helper(s), including tea blends and cleanses. Please always communicate with your primary care provider when working with any plant medicines.
